These conditions apply to tour and transfer bookings made on this site, on WhatsApp or by phone with Punta Cana in Travel. By booking, you accept the following.
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we confirm it to you by email or WhatsApp. Please make sure the details you give us (name, hotel, date, number of people, flight) are correct; if there is a mistake, let us know as soon as possible.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Tours are charged per person. Transfers are charged per vehicle, depending on the zone and the number of passengers.
- We do not ask for payment in advance: payment is made at the time of service. When you book, we confirm whether you can pay in cash or by card.
- Tips are not included.
3. Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or change the date at no cost up to 24 hours before the service by writing to us on WhatsApp or by email. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up at the pickup point, the booking is considered used.
4. Pickup and schedules
The pickup times we publish are approximate. The day before, we confirm the exact time for your hotel. Please be ready in the lobby 10 minutes early; we cannot wait long because the rest of the group also has a schedule.
5. Weather and force majeure
Some tours depend on the sea and the weather. If, for safety, the itinerary has to change or be rescheduled, we will offer you an alternative date or adjust the excursion. Guides and captains may make this decision.
6. Health, safety and minors
- Tours include physical activities (walking, horseback riding, sea). If you have a health condition, check with us before booking.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Coco Bongo is for guests 18 and over only.
- Always follow the instructions of the guide, the captain and the staff at each place.
7. Transfers
Our driver waits for you with a sign with your name. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup at no extra cost as long as you gave us your flight number. The price includes normal travel luggage; let us know if you carry special luggage (boards, bicycles).
8. Liability
We work with local operators and providers (boats, parks, restaurants). We are not responsible for personal items lost or left in vehicles or boats, or for situations beyond our control.
9. Changes to these conditions
We may update this text. The version published at the time of your booking applies.
